Motivo de esta publicación El propósito de este folleto es ayudar a los trabajadores que tienen una unión a hacer el mayor uso posible de sus derechos en el trabajo. El folleto relaciona algunos derechos básicos que los trabajadores sindicalizados frecuentemente tienen en sus contratos y muestra cómo se pueden exigir esos derechos. Aunque existen muchas diferentes leyes y regulaciones que protegen sus derechos, lo más importante es siempre organizar a sus compañeros de trabajo y tomar acción. Organizarse como grupo es la mejor forma de luchar por sus derechos y ganar.
